Postal Technology Awards 2009

This year, at the Post Expo show in Hanover, the postal industry saw the introduction of the Postal Technology International Awards, designed to recognise and reward excellence and innovation in the postal industry.

Readers of Postal Technology International had been asked to nominate a product, service or company, which they thought deserved to be a recipient of such and award. The nominee that received the greatest number of nominations in each category were then put on a shortlist, which was passed to a judging panel consisting of 18 industry experts from around the world.

Crisplant won the award in the category “Supplier of the year”, which was for suppliers who are helping the posts to be innovative as they continue to develop new solutions, which aim to improve efficiency, reduce costs and even cut CO₂ emissions.

Crisplant was recognised in this category for its ability to offer high-end, automated sorting products and solutions, control systems and integration services. In addition, the Crisplant name has become associated with technical innovation and system dependability.

Crisplant is extremely honoured to receive the first Supplier of the year award. It is recognition from our customers that we are on the right track with our latest development – the LS-4000 sorter.
