Make-up

Crisplant supplies loading devices to help the baggage handler loading carts/dollies or ULDs. The new RampMate™ system fully automates the make-up process, transport and storage of the baggage without manual intervention.

 
At the make-up area handlers manually take the baggage from the chutes, belt conveyors or carousels and place it into carts/dollies or ULDs before it is transported to the aircraft.

Crisplant supplies different loading devices to help the baggage handler loading the carts or ULDs with bags from the make-up position.

The integrated Baggage Management and Reconciliation System offers improved level of security and aids prevention of short-shipped and misrouted bags.

The new RampMate™ system from Crisplant fully automates the make-up process by using an automatic make-up unit (AMU) to load the baggage into a unique 3B Cart for transport and storage of the baggage without manual intervention.
