Aircraft unloading
Automation of the handling process for bulk baggage takes a dramatic step forward with the new RampMate™ system bridging the gap in the traditional baggage handling by automating the inbound baggage process. Human interaction is reduced to a minimum and lifting of heavy bags is eliminated.

Baggage is unloaded from the aircraft and transported to the terminal where the passenger picks it up at the arrival baggage reclaim. In case of transfer baggage, it is transported to the terminal to be inducted into the baggage handling system for sortation to the next flight.
Differentiating between arrival and transfer bags is often a time consuming manual process that increases the handling time.

The system bridges the gap in the traditional baggage handling by automating the input process for inbound baggage. Human interaction is consequently reduced to a minimum.
