Crisplant is now part of BEUMER Group

On 28 August 2009 Melrose Plc completed the sale of all the shares and activities of Crisplant to BEUMER Group. BEUMER was founded in 1935 and is one of the leading suppliers of conveying and loading, palletising and packaging technologies as well as sorting and distribution systems. BEUMER is an independent, family-owned enterprise and the business and is currently run by the third generation.

The investment in Crisplant is a major step forward in the long-term strategy of developing the BEUMER Group worldwide. The combination of Crisplant and BEUMER will thus strengthen the group’s capabilities and support to our customers world wide.
