2009   

Crisplant announces that Melrose Plc has completed the sale of all the shares and activities of Crisplant to BEUMER Group. 

Crisplant gains independence and reverts from FKI Logistex to Crisplant company name following the division of FKI Logistex into two separate operations

Introduction of the greener and more efficient Next Generation Sorter – LS-4000 – featuring the Linear Synchronous Motor drive (LSM)

Introduction of the S-3000E sorter with electronic tilt mechanism

Introduction of the CrisBag – tote-based baggage handling system 

First contract for a CrisBag system (Airport) 

Crisplant acquired by FKI. Changes name to FKI Logistex
